Chelsea Testerman brings a unique combination of clinical expertise and artistic vision to her role as a nurse injector at our Elkin location, serving patients throughout Wilkes, Surry, Yadkin, and Alleghany Counties. A Wilkes County native, Chelsea graduated summa cum laude from Western Carolina University with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and spent four years honing her skills in the fast-paced environment of the emergency department. She is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner concentration and will graduate in June.
Chelsea is passionate about health, beauty, and nutrition, and believes that true wellness starts with how you feel both inside and out. Her approach to aesthetic medicine focuses on achieving natural-looking results through treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, RF microneedling, CO2 fractional laser, and other advanced injectables and aesthetic procedures that enhance each client's unique features while supporting their overall confidence and well-being. Chelsea is committed to providing safe, personalized care tailored to your individual goals.
When she's not helping clients look and feel their best, Chelsea enjoys traveling with her husband, Tommy, their daughter, Emma, and their two dogs, Ace (a golden doodle) and Sage (a Boykin spaniel). She is actively involved in her community through her church and various outreach opportunities.
