Alex Brandt, RN, BSN - Nurse Injector

Alex Brandt brings over 12 years of nursing experience to her work in medical aesthetics, with a background that spans NICU and plastic surgery before finding her true passion in helping patients achieve natural, confidence-enhancing results. She was drawn to aesthetic medicine for its unique blend of science and artistry and the meaningful impact that subtle enhancements can have on how people see themselves.

Alex’s approach centers on full-face balance and long-term skin health, never chasing trends or creating an “overdone” look. She believes in educating patients about both preventative and regenerative treatments, empowering them to make informed decisions about their aesthetic journey. Her favorite part of the job is seeing the shift in confidence when patients realize they simply look like the best, most refreshed version of themselves.

With advanced training in injectables, neuromodulators, and dermal fillers, as well as skin-rejuvenation treatments including CO₂ CoolPeel, SkinPen microneedling, RF microneedling, and PRP/PRF, Alex creates comprehensive facial rejuvenation plans. She is also experienced with biostimulators such as Sculptra and Radiesse, making her a trusted injector for patients throughout Cornelius and the Lake Norman area. As part of the RestoreMD and Carolina Weight & Wellness team, she integrates aesthetic treatments with functional wellness to support patients’ goals from the inside out.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Alex now calls Lake Norman home with her high-school-sweetheart husband, Mike, and their two young boys, Liam and Brooks. When she’s not in the treatment room, you’ll find her exploring the Lake Norman area with her family, redesigning spaces in her home, tending her garden, or perfecting her sourdough starter.
