If
you’re currently using prescription hormone therapy, you’re
immediately eligible for our Restore "What’s My
Level?" free follow-up hormone and bone loss testing
program.
Start
enjoying the benefits of our revolutionary Restore

nation, by filling your current hormone prescription(s)
through our pharmacy, Madison Pharmacy Associates.
Three
(3) months after we begin filling your prescriptions, we will
send you a free saliva hormone test and a free urine NTx rate of
bone loss test (samples are collected by
you in the privacy of your own home). For women, this
hormone test
measures estradiol, progesterone and testosterone. For men, the
hormone test measures estradiol and testosterone levels.
Suggestions
for treatment adjustments to your hormone therapy program will
be sent to your healthcare provider along with your personal
results after each test.
Restore
"What’s My Level?" monitoring
helps you manage PMS, perimenopause, and menopause symptoms–and
build bone health to reduce fracture risk caused by osteoporosis–while

These
free tests will be conducted annually for as long as you
